Game progress

The game saves scores, gold, bunny copies, cosmetic effects, consumable items, settings, and a purchase-fulfillment ledger on your device. No game account is required. Galactic Basic LLC does not operate a game account or cloud-save server. Optional campaign measurement through TikTok is described below. We do not upload your collection. Optional Game Center scores are described below.

Purchases and platform services

Optional purchases use Apple's App Store through Unity In-App Purchasing. Apple processes payment and provides product prices and transaction information to the app. The app stores product and transaction identifiers locally to deliver items and avoid duplicate grants. We do not receive your payment-card details.

This release uses the platform-native store. It does not initialize Unity Authentication, Unity Analytics, webshops, or direct-to-consumer payment services. See Apple's App Store privacy information and Unity's player privacy policy for their platform practices. Device-level crash sharing and backups are controlled by your Apple settings.

Optional Game Center leaderboard

Cloudhop uses Apple Game Center for the Best Run leaderboard. Connecting is optional. Before connecting, the game explains that new eligible scores will be sent to Apple and that your Game Center name and score can be public. Cloudhop sends only completed, unassisted run scores, after you opt in. Your collection, purchases, bunny names, and backup files are not sent to the leaderboard.

The app uses an identifier scoped to this game to keep pending scores separate between Apple players on the device. This identifier and pending scores stay in local device storage; they are not included in exported collection backups or sent to a Galactic Basic LLC server. Apple hosts the leaderboard and handles Game Center authentication.

Use Home > Ranks > Stop Sharing Scores to stop future submissions and clear locally queued scores. This does not erase scores already submitted to Apple. Optional TikTok campaign measurement

Version 1.0.21 includes TikTok’s App Events SDK to measure advertisements promoting Cloudhop. It does not display advertising banners or rewarded ads inside the game. The SDK starts only if you allow ad measurement in Cloudhop and authorize Apple’s tracking permission. Declining does not change gameplay.

When enabled, the SDK receives device identifiers (including the advertising identifier, vendor identifier and an SDK-generated installation identifier), IP address, device model, operating system, language/locale and app/SDK version information, and app events such as first activation, app launches, tutorial completion, garden milestones, and paid purchases. Purchase events include product identifiers, currency, amount and quantity, with a hashed transaction identifier for duplicate detection. This data is used for advertising measurement and analytics, including matching activity with TikTok advertising interactions. TikTok may combine it with information it holds from other sources as described in its privacy policy. The SDK also reports its own crash, error, network timing and performance information to operate and improve the measurement service. We do not send your collection, bunny names, game saves, messages, email address, phone number, or Game Center identity to TikTok.

You can turn off future measurement in Cloudhop’s Settings under Ad Measurement and manage tracking permission in your iPhone settings. Turning it off does not erase information already sent. TikTok’s handling of received data, retention and privacy rights are described in its privacy policy. Contact us with questions or requests about Cloudhop’s use of this service.

No location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo-library permission is required to play.

Support

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. We keep support correspondence only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Avoid sending sensitive personal or payment information.

This website

This support website has no analytics scripts, advertising, or account forms. GitHub Pages hosts it and may process technical information, including IP addresses, to serve and secure the site. See GitHub's privacy statement.

Your choices

You can delete local game data by deleting the app, subject to device backups. This can also remove your progress and fulfilled consumable items. It does not cancel or refund App Store purchases. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Email us to request access to or deletion of support correspondence that we hold.

Audience

Cloudhop is a general-audience game and is not offered in Apple's Kids category. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
