This policy explains how Wrong Turn Factory handles information.
Game progress
The game stores scores, unlocked shifts, earned credits, settings, and a cached ad-free entitlement on your device. No game account is required. Galactic Basic LLC does not operate a game account or cloud-save server for this release.
Game Center
On iPhone and iPad, you can sign in to Apple Game Center to compare scores and earn achievements. The game sends your scores and achievement progress to Apple for your Game Center account. It keeps a scoped Game Center player identifier and pending progress on your device so offline results can be retried for the correct account. Your Game Center nickname appears in the game while you are signed in. We do not send this information to an advertising provider or to our own server.
Apple manages Game Center profiles, rankings, activity sharing, and retention. Your nickname and scores can be visible to other Game Center players. You can manage activity sharing or sign out in iOS Settings > Game Center. Deleting this app does not delete records held by Apple. Credits, cosmetics, and campaign saves remain on your device. Advertising
The free game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. These services may process your IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash information, and performance information. They use this information to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, and operate and improve their services. Consent choices and applicable law affect which ads can be requested.
Where required, the game presents Google's consent form. You can revisit available consent choices through Privacy Choices in Settings. Ad-Free Forever stops the game from requesting or displaying ads while your purchase entitlement is active; it does not retroactively delete information previously processed by advertising providers. Read Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
Purchases
Apple processes payments through the App Store. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to retrieve product prices and transaction information, verify purchase availability, restore purchases, and keep your ad-free entitlement current. We do not receive your payment card number. Apple and Unity may process purchase and technical information under their own policies. See App Store privacy and Unity's player privacy policy.
Support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your request and troubleshoot problems. Please avoid including sensitive personal or payment information. We keep support correspondence only as needed to resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations.
This website
This support website does not include advertising, analytics scripts, or forms. Its hosting provider, GitHub, may process technical request information such as IP addresses to serve and secure the site. See GitHub's privacy statement.
Your choices and retention
You can remove local game data by deleting the app, subject to any device backups. This does not cancel or refund an App Store purchase. Contact Apple for purchase and refund requests. Contact us to request access to or deletion of support information we hold. Advertising, store, and hosting providers manage their own retention and privacy requests as described in their policies.
Children
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request children's personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
